AJK Offroad has designed vented lower door inserts for the Polaris Xpedition to combine function and custom styling. These lower doors feature a 3-piece design: the outer frame, a hexagon mesh insert, and a back washer plate. The hexagon mesh is available in multiple color options, which you can select above.

Our Polaris Xpedition Lower Doors are made to bolt directly into your factory doors. Installation requires cutting an opening in the center section of your stock lower doors. Once the inlay is removed, you’ll drill a few small holes and use the included hardware to secure the inserts in place. The lower door frames are CNC laser-cut from .0625" aluminum and powder-coated black for durability. The mesh inserts are also CNC laser-cut from .0625" aluminum and powder-coated in the color of your choice for a bold, custom look.
Our Polaris Xpedition Vented Lower Door Inserts give your SXS a distinct, stand-out appearance.
You can also select a solid back option to block the vents and help retain heat or A/C inside the cab. These solid backs can be easily removed by unbolting them.
