This 2019 Polaris RZR Turbo S came to American UTV with one goal—to build a machine capable of handling aggressive trail riding, with plenty of power for the dunes, and everything in between. Every part was carefully selected to improve performance, reliability, comfort, and appearance while maintaining the durability riders expect from a premium off-road build.

Suspension

• For the suspension arms, we chose the HCR Duner Kit for its exceptional strength, durability, and aggressive styling. It delivers the confidence to tackle trails and sand dunes while giving the machine a clean, high-performance look.
• For the Shocks we did a custom Valving with MTS OFF ROAD and mashed it with a Spring Kit

Wheel & Tire pacage

• we set this car up with two sets of wheels and tires one set for trails and rocks and the other for the dunes
• For this2019 Polaris RZR Turbo S build, we chose 35" Roxxzilla"s because we wanted the added ground clearance and traction of a 35-inch tire while keeping the overall tire weight as low as possible. This machine was built as a true multi-purpose UTV, designed to perform equally well on the trails and in the sand dunes. By selecting a lighter 35-inch tire, we were able to retain the factory clutching, allowing the owner to transition between different terrains without the need for clutch changes.
